Makine ve Kimya Endüstrisi (MKE) requested a special solution for transporting heavy loads exposed to high temperatures at its new facility. In response, we designed and manufactured two rail-based transfer carts with a carrying capacity of 70 tons and resistance up to 300°C. These vehicles were specifically developed to ensure safety and efficiency in operational processes.
With a load capacity of 70 tons and a loaded travel speed of 18 m/min, our carts provide stable transportation thanks to their rail wheel structure. Flat sheet-reinforced top equipment ensures the secure handling of loads during operations.
The system is operated by remote control and equipped with advanced safety features such as flashing warning lights and an 85 dB siren. Powered by battery supply, the carts enable uninterrupted operation and are designed for indoor use under flat floor conditions.
These CE-certified rail transfer carts were developed to meet the requirements of high-temperature and heavy-load transportation. This project, which optimizes MKE’s operational processes, once again demonstrates our expertise in delivering customized engineering solutions. With their heat resistance, safety features, and carrying capacity, these systems provide a reliable and efficient solution for in-plant transportation.
