Foundries require safe, durable and efficient transfer vehicles for the handling of molten metals and the casting process.
To meet this need of a customer from Sweden, we have designed a ladle transfer cart with a capacity of 35 tonnes that can withstand high temperatures and ensure the safe transport of heavy loads.
Our cart is designed to withstand high temperatures up to 1400°C and is powered by a battery powered energy supply system. Providing a transport speed of 60 m/min when loaded, the vehicle offers a stable transport process with its rail wheels. On-cart ladle transport and tipping circle enables controlled transfer and pouring of melted metals. Safety equipment such as flashing warning lights and an 85 dB siren guarantee maximum safety during operation.
This CE-certified ladle transfer cart is designed to work efficiently on level ground in both indoor and outdoor conditions. Thanks to the rail steering mode, we have optimised the operational processes of foundries by providing precise mobility. This project is a testament to our expertise in providing a safe and durable solution suitable for the demanding requirements of the foundry industry.
