Eczacıbaşı needed a cart to safely and efficiently transport roll paper weighing up to 15 tons between two halls in its plant. We designed this solution, with a rail system in line with operational requirements.
Technical Design and Production
With a 15,000 kg carrying capacity, the vehicle accelerates operations with a transfer speed of 18 m/min when loaded. Designed to operate in indoor conditions, the vehicle offers a stable transportation process with its rail wheels. Advanced safety measures such as laser area scanner, flashing warning lights and 85 dB siren ensure maximum safety during operation. The power supply is via a cable drum, while the control panel offers user-friendly management.
Conclusion
This CE-certified rail cart was designed to operate in closed environments with flat floors and fully adapted to the operational needs of Eczacıbaşı. With its high safety standards and efficient transport capacity, we successfully completed the project and optimized Eczacıbaşı’s in-plant transport processes.
